Written in Clues creates personalized digital adventures that you can review and rehearse before purchasing. Once your purchase unlocks the adventure, we do not normally offer refunds for a change of mind, personal taste, or details you entered incorrectly. You can edit your adventure and rehearse it privately.
If your purchase fails to unlock, your adventure cannot be accessed, or a service error means the adventure does not work or materially differs from its preview or advertised features, contact cxhqllc@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your purchase email and a brief description of the issue. We will investigate and offer a correction or replacement. If we cannot resolve a qualifying issue within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected purchase to the original payment method. Duplicate charges will be corrected.
The 14-day contact window does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law. This policy does not exclude remedies that applicable law requires. Refunds are reviewed individually; no automated refund is issued merely by submitting a request.
Test purchases do not move real money. Written in Clues has no product subscription.
